Our accounts system sends emails to inform delivery and return info, tracking numbers etc.(this feature is under repair, new accounting package)

We exclusively use Australia Post, Express Post.

We offer insurance (with Australia Post) on return at $2.50 per $100.00 cover, please let us know if it's required.

All Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and includes GST, delivery is not, but can be calculated on request.
